INFORMATION SHEET CONCERNING THE PROTECTION IN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA ACCORDING TOART. 13 OF  D.LGS. 30 JUNE 2003 N. 196 (PRIVACY CODE)


This information sheet, updated to meet the rules established by D.Lgs. 30.6.2003 n. 196, the so-called Privacy Code, is to provide information about the collection and processing mode of personal data and about data subject’s rights.
·  object: the information, which is object of this sheet, concerns all personal data referrable to the data subjects, both those collected and processed so far and those, which will be collected in the future, either directly or through third parties, and which are object of processing by the Company  Stenfis S.r.l.;
·  aim: the processing of personal data is necessary to allow business relations, such as negotiations, the conclusion, handling and execution of contracts according to the Law, to comply to the rules of the civil code and of the social security system, to meet accounting, fiscal, administrative, and safety demands, to allow our Company  to inform and update the  data subject on products and/or services offered, etc., and, only against a written allowance by the data subject, for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes;
·  processing mode: personal data may be collected and processed on paper and/or through electronic, informatic, telematic supports, as well as through any other legal technology, according to the strict principles of correctness, privacy and in compliance with the rules established by the Law;
·  the nature of data supply, allowance to their processing: it is not compulsory to supply one’s personal data. However, the refusal to supply personal data may result in the impossibility to begin or to continue business relations. The supply of personal data is also indispensable for respecting fiscal and contractual obligations, and, generally speaking, for complying to the Law.  The supply and processing of personal data mentioned in this information sheet is not subject to written allowance by the data subject (art.. 23 and 24 D.Lgs. 196/2003);
·  subjects to which data can be communicated: besides the communication and spreading of data to fulfil the obligations established by the Law, all and/or parts of the collected and processed data may be communicated and made known to employees, internal and external personnel cooperating with  Stenfis S.r.l., and/or even to third parties. The communication and spreading of processed data are linked to Stenfis’ economic activity and to any additional connected activity which should be requested or which should become necessary or compulsory, such as, for instance, new obligations arising from the Law,  the setting up of financing procedures, the recovery of open credits, etc.. Personal data may be communicated and/or transferred outside of  Italy. In no case will personal data be assigned to third parties;
·  data subject’s rights: the rights by the data subject as to the processing of personal data by Stenfis S.r.l., are established by art. 7 and following articles of. D.Lgs. 196/2003, including  the mode and limits the use of personal data are subject to. The data subject’s rights concern, among others,  the access, the freezing, the cancellation, the updating, the correction or integration of data and the opposition to their processing;
·  holder in charge of and responsible for the data processing: entitled with the data processing is the Company Stenfis S.r.l. located in Pelago (Fi) in Via Forlivese 144 represented by its legal representative(s) pro tempore. No person in charge with the processing of personal data has been appointed. Entrusted with the data processing are the accounting/administration employees, the technical employees and, possibly, external professionals cooperating with our Company.


The content of the documentation appearing on the  Stenfis web site is free of charge. Documents are written, partly by third parties, with great care and precision and undergo an accurate check-up from Stenfis’ side. However, Stenfis declines all, both direct and indirect, responsibility towards users or anybody else for inaccuracies, errors, omissions, damage (direct, indirect, consequent, punishable and sanctionable) deriving from above- mentioned contents or from any possible improper use of them.

The Company  Stenfis reserves the right to modify, at any time and without previous notice, drawings, technical and aesthetic features of her products.
Drawings, texts, other documents and corresponding copyrights, where existing, are property of  the relative owners.
